Maths Week
Maths Week took place during the month of October. Thank you to the parents who came into our classroom for maths activities. We had lots of fun playing games and learning about numbers, colours and shapes!

Autumn Time!
Autumn was a very busy season in Junior Infants. We did lots of art. We made hedgehogs from clay. We put on googly eyes and used matchsticks to make the hedgehogs prickly spikes!
We made lovely autumn trees. We used red, yellow, green, orange and brown crepe paper to make the autumn leaves.
We learned a lovely autumn song. It was called 'Autumn Leaves are Falling down'.

September in our classroom!
We have all settled in very well to Junior Infants. We have 28 lovely children, 15 boys and 13 girls.
We are enjoying playing together and getting to know each other. We use our kind words when we play and are very good at taking turns and sharing.
