Halloween Fun!

In our class we love to dress up! We dressed up for Halloween and got to have Golden Time in our costumes!! See if you can recognise us!!

Ten stars!!

We worked very hard at lining up nicely at break time! Each day the best class at lining up and walking quietly to their class gets a star. When a class gets ten stars they receive a reward.
We decided to go for a walk in the woods as our special reward. We had great fun!!

Autumn is here!

We are learning all about autumn in our class. They leaves change colour and fall to the ground.
We learned a song called 'Autumn Leaves are Falling Down' and we made colourful autumn trees.
We love autumn!

Making friends!

We have made lots of new friends at school. We love working together and being kind to each other.

Our Art Work

We have been very busy making lovely art in our class. We drew a picture of our first day at school, printed our hand-print and made self-portraits! We are very pleased with our work.

Welcome Junior Infants!

We have had a very exciting start to our year in Junior Infants. There are twenty-seven children in our class, fifteen boys and twelve girls. Our teacher, Múinteoir Amanda, is very proud of how hard we have been working.
We 'Show 5' when she asks. To do this we use our looking eyes, listening ears, quiet hands, quiet feet and lips together.
We have fun playing together, taking turns and sharing with each other.
Cee-Cee the rabbit came to visit for a week. We were very gentle with her and she hopped around as we worked!
